Who we are

Arrowgami is made by Bomerd. For the purposes of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, Bomerd is the data controller for the app. Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through AdMob.

What the game stores on your device

Arrowgami saves the following locally, in your device's ordinary app storage:

• The level you have reached, and which daily challenges you have completed.
• Your daily streak and your best streak.
• Your coin balance, your hints, and which arrow skins you own and have equipped.
• Which purchases you have made, so the game knows what to unlock.
• Your settings: vibration, sound, theme, and your advertising consent choice.
• Whether the game has already asked you to rate it.

This never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and we do not back it up. Uninstalling the game deletes all of it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress inside the game.

Advertising

Arrowgami is free, and ads pay for it. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob. The game shows two kinds:

• Ads between levels, shown occasionally when you finish a level.
• Rewarded ads, which you only ever see if you choose to watch one — to continue a lost board, or to earn a hint. Nothing is shown unless you tap to ask for it.

What Google collects to show you ads

We do not collect or receive any of this ourselves. Google does, as part of serving the ad:

Arrowgami does not request access to your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files, and never will for advertising.

How Google uses this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy. Google may retain and use this data according to its own policies, over which we have no control.

Your choices about ads

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Before any personalised ad is shown, Arrowgami asks for your consent through a Google-certified consent message. You can choose to see non-personalised ads instead — the game works exactly the same either way, and you lose nothing by declining.

You can change your mind at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the game. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.

Everywhere

• Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Deleting it stops personalised advertising across every app on the device.
• Buy the "No ads" unlock. This permanently removes the ads shown between levels. Rewarded ads remain available, because they are something you choose to watch in exchange for hearts or hints — they are never served to you.

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, showing personalised ads may count as "sharing" or as a "sale" under some US state laws. You can opt out by deleting your advertising ID as described above, or by emailing bomerrd@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.

Purchases

Arrowgami offers optional in-app purchases: coin packs, hint packs, and the "No ads" and "Every skin" unlocks. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple's App Store.

We never see your card, billing address or payment details. The store tells the game only that a purchase completed, along with a transaction identifier, so the game can unlock what you paid for and avoid crediting the same purchase twice. That identifier is stored on your device.

Payment information is covered by Google's and Apple's privacy policies.

What we do not do

• No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection.
• No analytics or crash-reporting services.
• No advertising networks other than Google AdMob.
• No selling of personal information.
• No tracking you across other apps or websites beyond what your advertising ID permits, and which you can switch off.

Legal basis and transfers

Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising, and on our legitimate interest in funding and running a free game for non-personalised advertising and fraud prevention.

Google processes advertising data on servers around the world, including in the United States, using the safeguards described in its privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because Arrowgami holds nothing about you on our side, most requests are answered fastest at the source:

• Game data — erase it yourself with Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling.
• Advertising data — held by Google. Use your Google account controls, or reset your advertising ID.

If you would rather we handled it, write to bomerrd@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Arrowgami is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will act on it.

Security and retention

Game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. We keep no servers and no copies, so there is nothing for us to retain, breach or lose. Advertising data is retained by Google under its own retention policies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they reach you in an app update.
